i can’t be doing it the healthy way, mentally, i’m screwed already, sorry for that reality check.
but to do it the healthy way, i’d say jog if you can’t run. go to the gym on the ellipticals, make the pressure higher and steep higher so you go slow but still burn a lot of calories. :3
